dc.description.abstractDynamics of changes in the microbial landscape state of the auricular skin of rabbits during 60 days after piercing with use of products made of different metals (gold, silver, medical steel and titanium) were studied. The findings revealed disturbances in the normal flora of the auricular skin after 7 days of use of all the products taken into the experiment. Restoration of the normal auricular flora in the area of piercing was observed only in the following groups of animals: with silver products after 14 days, and with gold products after 28 days. When steel products were implanted, 60 days later the area of piercing produced pathogenic microorganisms.en_US
