Вивчення методів ізолювання зопіклону з об'єктів біологічного походження

Abstract

Вивчені умови ізолювання зопіклону із біологічного матеріалу за допомогою модифікованих методів О.О.Васильєвої, Стаса-Отто та В.П.Крамаренка, а також методики, запропонованої О.В.Удаловим, що є модифікацією методу Стаса-Отто. Запропоновано експресну методику ізолювання зопіклону за допомогою хлороформу з попередньою очисткою біологічного матеріалу гексаном, що дозволяє виділити від 60% до 80% препарату. Вивчені умови ідентифікації зопіклону в отриманих витяжках методом ТШХ.

The conditions of zopiсlone isolation from the biological material by the modified methods of A.A.Vasileva, Stas-Otto and V.F.Kramarenko as well as the method suggested by A.V.Udalov, which is a modification of Stas-Otto method, have been studied. The express method of zopiсlone isolation by chloroform with the preliminary purification of the biological material by hexane, which allows isolating from 60% to 80% of the drug, has been suggested. The conditions of identification of zopiсlone in the extracts by the TLC method have been studied.
