Фармакоекономіка: основні положення, стан та перспективи використання в офтальмології

Abstract

Визначено значення фармакоекономічних досліджень у сучасних умовах стрімкого науково-технічного прогресу в галузі охорони здоров'я, подорожчання вартості медичної допомоги та обмеженості фінансових ресурсів в усіх країнах світу для зменшення витрат при одночасному підвищенні якості медичної допомоги. Надана характеристика та висвітлені особливості основних методів фармакоекономічного аналізу: "загальна вартість захворювання", "мінімізація витрат", "витрати — ефективність", "витрати — корисність (утилітарність)", "витрати — вигода (користь)". Наведені приклади застосування кожного з фармакоекономічних методів при порівняльному аналізі сучасних технологій лікування різних офтальмологічних захворювань. Зроблено стислий аналіз стану та перспектив використання методів фармакоекономіки у сфері офтальмології в провідних країнах світу та в Україні. Підкреслена важливість фармакоекономіки для практичної діяльності лікарів, необхiднiсть підвищення рівня обізнаності фахівців медицини та фармації в цій сфері.

The importance of pharmacoeconomic research in the modern conditions of the fast scientific progress in the sphere of the health care, the increase of the medical aid cost and the limitation of financing in all countries of the world for decreasing the expenses with the simultaneous increase of the medical care quality have been determined. The characteristic peculiarities of the main pharmacoeconomic analysis methods such as “the total cost of disease”, “cost-minimization analysis”, “cost-effectiveness analysis”, “cost-utility analysis”, “cost-benefit analysis” have been described. The examples of using each pharmacoeconomic method while carrying out the comparative analysis of modern therapeutical technologies of various ophthalmologic diseases have been given. A brief analysis of the state and perspectives of using the pharmacoeconomic methods in the sphere of ophthalmology in the leading countries of the world and in Ukraine has been given. The importance of pharmacoeconomy for the practical work of doctors and the necessity of increasing the level of knowledge of the medical and pharmaceutical specialists in this field have been underlined.
