Фармакологічні дослідження лікарського препарату на основі орнідазолу

Abstract

Представлені результати вивчення параметрів гострої токсичності та специфічної фармакологічної активності препарату "Мерадазол". Показник гострої токсичності ЛД50 досліджуваного препарату становить 1350 (1258+1441) мг/кг, що свідчить про його належність до групи "малотоксичних речовин". Антимікробну активність препаратів вивчали у дослідах in vitro методом серійних розведень у рідкому поживному середовищі. Цей метод дозволяє дати кількісну оцінку антимікробної активності досліджуваних препаратів. Встановлено, що досліджуваний препарат має виражену антимікробну дію у відношенні еталонних штамів анаеробних бактерій роду Clostridium. За даними методу МІК препарату по відношенню до більшості штамів клостридій складає 0,49-1,97 мкг/мл. У цілому параметри гострої токсичності та специфічної фармакологічної активності препарату "Мерадазол" відповідають препарату порівняння "Тиберал" (F.Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, Швейцарія).

The results of studying the parameters of acute toxicity and specific pharmacological activity of Meradazol medicine are presented. The acute toxicity index LD50 of the medicine uner research is 1350 (1258-4441) mg/kg. It allows to refer it to the group of substances with a low toxicity. The antimicrobial activity of the medicines has been studied by the method of serial dilutions in liquid nutrition medium in the experiments in vitro. This method makes it possible to assess quantitatively the antimicrobial activity of the medicines investigated. It has been determined that the medicine possesses the marked antibacterial effect in relation to the reference strains of anaerobic Clostridium bacteria. According to the method's data MIC of the medicine in relation to the most strains of Clostridium is 0.49-1.97 |mg/ml. In general, the parameters of acute toxicity and specific pharmacological (antimicrobial) activity of Meradazol correspond to the reference medicine Tiberal (F.Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd, Switzerland).
