Мета дослідження: розробити теоретичні і практичні засади впровадження ESG- підходів у систему менеджменту організації як важливого інструменту забезпечення сталого розвитку управлінських процесів та зміцнення конкурентних позицій організації. Завдання: розкрити сутність, значення та принципи ESG-підходів у сучасному управлінні організацією; проаналізувати міжнародні стандарти та практики впровадження ESG-підходів у діяльність організацій; визначити екологічну та соціальну політику організації та основні напрями її реалізації; оцінити рівень інтеграції ESG-принципів у систему управління організацією, виявити її переваги та проблемні аспекти; обґрунтувати напрями інтеграції ESG- принципів у систему менеджменту організації з урахуванням сучасних вимог сталого розвитку.
