Краткий осмотр (реферат): During the study, a comprehensive theoretical search and analysis of scientific literature were carried out concerning the botanical characteristics, chemical composition, and pharmacological properties of oats. Based on the obtained theoretical data, the composition of the cream was substantiated, including the identification of the main active and auxiliary ingredients, and the key technological approaches to its preparation under pharmacy conditions were determined. The qualification paper is presented on 46 pages of typed text and consists of an introduction, three chapters with conclusions for each chapter, general conclusions, and a list of references. The bibliography includes 39 sources. The work is illustrated with 12 tables and 5 figures; У процесі виконання роботи здійснено ґрунтовний теоретичний пошук і аналіз наукових літературних джерел, присвячених ботанічним особливостям, хімічному складу та фармакологічним властивостям вівса. На підставі отриманих теоретичних даних обґрунтовано склад крему, визначено основні активні та допоміжні компоненти, а також окреслено ключові технологічні підходи до його виготовлення в умовах аптечного виробництва. Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 46 сторінках машинописного тексту та складається зі вступу, трьох розділів із висновками до кожного з них, загальних висновків і списку використаних літературних джерел. Бібліографічний список налічує 39 джерел. Матеріал роботи проілюстровано 12 таблицями та 5 рисунками.

Краткий осмотр (реферат): Theoretical studies have confirmed the feasibility and relevance of developing an extemporaneous cream-gel with keratolytic activity intended for topical dermatological application. For the purposes of the present research, a semi-solid cream-gel system possessing keratolytic, moisturizing, softening, and skin- conditioning properties was selected. During the practical stage of the study, the composition and technology of the cream-gel with keratolytic activity were developed. The selection of active pharmaceutical ingredients with keratolytic properties, gelling agents, emulsifiers, humectants, and other auxiliary substances was scientifically substantiated, and the expected pharmaco-technological, physicochemical, and organoleptic characteristics of the developed preparation were determined. The work is presented on 45 pages, contains 3 tables, 3 figures and 31 references.

Здійснено підбір діючих та допоміжних речовин та розроблено раціональну технологію виготовлення сиропу в умовах аптечного виробництва, розроблено методики контролю якості. During the practical stage of the study, the composition and technology of an extemporaneous antiseptic liquid soap were developed. The selection of vegetable oils, the alkaline agent, the antiseptic active pharmaceutical ingredient, and auxiliary components was substantiated, and the expected pharmaco-technological and physicochemical characteristics of the developed formulation were determined. The work is presented on 45 pages, contains 4 tables, 7 formulas, 3 figures and 30 references.
