Модернізація інформаційної інфраструктури задля активації міжрегіонального співробітництва

Abstract

У статті представлені результати дослідження модернізації інформаційної інфраструктури задля активізації міжрегіонального співробітництва. Виявлено проблеми, які перешкоджають розвитку інформаційної підтримки та інфраструктури в цілому. Створення міжрегіонального інформаційного центру було запропоновано в якості інформаційної модернізації інфраструк" тури. Мета, завдання та спектр послуг, які надаватиме міжрегіональний інформаційний центр. Визначено функції, які лежали в концепції міжрегіонального інформаційного центру. У статті доведено, що створення міжрегіонального інформаційного центру дасть можливість отриман" ня об'єктивної та всебічної інформації для суб'єктів міжрегіонального співробітництва і вирі" шення організаційних та технічних проблем об'єднання всіх підданих загального банку даних.

The article presents the results of a study of informational infrastructure modernization to enhance the interregional cooperation. Identified the problems that hindering the development of information support and infrastructure in general. Creation of interregional information center was proposed as informational infrastructure modernization. The purpose, objectives and the range of services that will provide interregional information center were defined. The functions which are lying in the concept of interregional information center were defined. In the work was reported that the creation of interregional information centre will give the possibility of obtaining objective and comprehensive information for subjects of interregional cooperation, and solve the organizational and technical challenge of bringing all subjects to a common data bank.
