Розробка складу мазі для інтрамамарного застосування у ветеринарній медицині на підставі реологічних досліджень

Abstract

На підставі реологічних досліджень розроблено раціональний склад мазі на поліетиленоксидній основі, що буде використовуватись у терапії маститів корів. Вивчено вплив діючих речовин мазі на реологічні властивості розробленої основи.

Based on rheological research the optimal composition of the ointment on the PEO basis, which will be used in the therapy of cow's mastitis has been developed. The effect of the active substances of the ointment on the rheological properties of the base developed has been studied. The ointment has been found to save its thixotropic properties at 34°С (the supposed temperature of the ointment application), its effective viscosity decreases and that causes its ability to squeeze out from syringe-tubes.
