Педагогічні умови впровадження кейс-технології при підготовці майбутніх фахівців медико-фармацевтичної галузі

Abstract

У статті актуалізовано питання особливостей підготовки майбутніх фахівців медико-фарма-цевтичної галузі у сучасних реаліях формування вищої освіти в Україні; узагальнено інформаційні джере-ла щодо визначення педагогічних умов; окреслено й обґрунтовано особливості кейс-технології, як сучасної педагогічної технології, що вчить студентів аналізувати та розробляти програми дій, з метою мотивації їх до компетентної поведінки, сприяння вдосконаленню здатності ізолювати проблеми та приймати ефек-тивні рішення. У статті теоретично обґрунтовано особливості використання кейс-технології в освітньому процесі закладів вищої освіти. Визначено, що впровадження кейс-технології у підготовці майбутніх фа-хівців медико-фармацевтичної галузі, має проходити за певних педагогічних умов, а саме: підготовка викладачів закладів вищої освіти до впровадження педагогічних технологій (на психолого-педагогічних курсах підвищення кваліфікації, відповідних тренінгах, семінарах, «круглих столах», методичних нара-дах тощо); розробка та впровадження якісного навчального забезпечення у підготовку здобувачів освіти.

The article actualizes the questions of the preparation of future specialists in the medical and phar-maceutical industry in the current realities of the formation of higher education in Ukraine; general information sources on the definition of pedagogical conditions; outlined and substantiated the features of case technology as a modern pedagogical technology that teaches students to analyze and develop action programs in order to motivate them for competent behavior, to help improve the ability to isolate problems and make effective deci-sions. In the article the features of the use of case-technology in the educational process of institutions of higher education are theoretically substantiated. It is emphasized that the teacher's (psychological and pedagogical and methodological) preparedness for the implementation of modern pedagogical technologies in general and case-technology in particular is of great importance. Such technology consists in the preparation and develop-ment of appropriate real material, in which students must solve the problem and perceive the reaction of others (other students and the teacher) to their actions. It should be borne in mind that other solutions to the problem may occur. Therefore, the teacher should help students in the discussion, rather than impose their opinions. The teacher can periodically summarize, explain, remind the theoretical aspects or make references to the rel-evant literature. Also, students must understand from the outset that the decision risk is based on them, and the teacher only explains the consequences of the risk of taking ill-considered decisions. It has been determined that the introduction of case-technology in the training of future specialists in the medical and pharmaceutical industry should take place under certain pedagogical conditions, namely: training of professors of institutions of higher education for the implementation of pedagogical technologies (at psychological and peda-gogical courses of advanced training, appropriate trainings, seminars, «round tables», methodological meetings, etc.); develop-ment and implementation of quality educational provision in thetraining of education applicants
