Експериментальне дослідження ефективності комбінації похідних глюкозаміну з кверцетином при виразкових ураженнях шлунка

Abstract

Уперше теоретично та еспериментально обгрунтована доцільність створення комбінації на основі глюкозаміну гідрохлориду, N-ацетилглюкозаміну з кверцетином (пГА+Кв), яка виявляє гастропротекторні властивості та може застосовуватися для профілактики та лікування виразки шлунка.

For the first time theoretically and experimentally the expedience of creation of combination on the basis of glucosamine hydrochloride, N-acetylglucosamine and quercetine (GAD+Qu) with gastroprotective properties for prophylaxis and treatment of stomach ulcer have been grounded. The significant gastroprotective action of combination GAD+Qu, which ex-ceeded approximately in 2 times the gastroprotective properties of separate compo-nents of combination have been proved. The macroscopic analysis of indexes which characterize the state of mucus coat of stomach (MCS) in rats at the conditions of ex-perimental pathology of ulcerative lesions testifies that medical preventive admini-stration of combination GAD+Qu in therapeutic dose 100 mg/kg promote the effec-tive renewal of MCS in rats, which is expressed in the improvement of microcircula-tion, inhibition of inflammatory processes and reparation of defects mucus coat, which were morphologically confirmed on the models of serotonin and acetate ulcer.It has been showed that combination GAD+Qu is harmless, does not influence on motor activity of gastrointestinal tract and on secretory function of stomach in laboratory animals. Gastroprotective action of combination GAD+Qu prevails the preparations of comparison «quercetine» (granules) and «sucralfate» (tablets), and realized due to the influence on local (by proceeding the endogenous pool of GA and as a result – to the state of protective layer of mucus) and neurohumoral mechanisms of MCS damage.
