Socio-pedagogical study of educational transformation in the period of crisis changes

Abstract

The relevance of the article is due to a change in the philosophy of the very paradigm of human development, provokes changes in the structure of society, namely: new requests appear that require adequate expression in educational systems. In this regard, the article is aimed at theoretical substantiation and practical implementation of the idea of developing soft skills as basic needs in the “knowledge economy”. The key approach to solving the problem was the use of logical methods, namely deductive inferences, inferences by analogy, made it possible to generalize the accumulated experience and present it in the model of soft skills formation. The article presents theoretical generalizations on the change in the philosophy of the vector of education development in the period of crisis changes, on the importance of lifelong education in this aspect, motivation for selfrealization, value orientations.
