Дослідження антимікробної активності присипки на основі комбінації діючих речовин настойки прополісу та стрептоциду

Abstract

Досліджені мікробіологічні властивості присипки з настойкою прополісу та стрептоцидом. На основі результатів досліджень встановлено, що введення до складу присипки з настойкою прополісу другої діючої речовини — стрептоциду сприяє підвищенню антимікробної дії препарату. Обгрунтовано оптимальний вміст діючих речовин у присипці за мікробіологічними показниками. Встановлено, що препарат виявляє виражену антимікробну дію та не поступається препарату порівняння "Puder propolisovу 3%" ("Apipol farma", Польща).

The microbiological properties of the powder with the propolis tincture and streptocide have been studied. On the basis of the research results it has been found that introduction the second active substance — streptocide in the composition of the powder with the propolis tincture promotes the increase of the drug's antimicrobial action. The optimal content of active substances in the powder by the microbiological indexes has been grounded. The drug has been shown to have the marked antimicrobial action and is not inferior to the reference drug — "Puder propolisovу 3%" ("Apipol farma", Poland).
