Дослідження умов екстрагування урологічного фітозбору

Abstract

Запропоновано склад фітокомпозиції, до складу якого входить череди трироздільної трава, золотушнику звичайного трава, парила звичайного трава для лікування нефрологічних захворювань, а саме нефриту. Вивчено фізичні, фізико–хімічні та фармакотехнологічні властивості лікарської рослинної сировини та фітокомпозиції на її основі. Вивчено вплив типу екстрагенту, співвідношення сировини:екстрагент та ступеню подрібнення сировини на інтенсифікацію процесу екстрагування біологічно активних речовин.

The composition of the phytocomposition is proposed, which includes herds of three-lobe beggartick herd, woundwort herb, and ommon agrimony herb for the treatment of nephrological diseases, namely nephritis. Physical, physicochemical and pharmacotechnological properties of medicinal plant raw materials and phytocompositions based on it have been studied. The influence of the type of extractant, the ratio of raw materials: extractant and the degree of grinding of raw materials on the intensification of the extraction process of biologically active substances has been studied.
