Фітохімічне дослідження шкірки Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена фітохімічному дослідженню шкірки апельсину солодкого. Перший розділ роботи містить дані літератури щодо ботанічної характеристики, поширення, хімічного складу, застосування у медицині та харчовій промисловості апельсину солодкого. У другому розділі представлено результати дослідження якісного складу біологічно активних речовин у шкірці апельсину солодкого. Третій розділ присвячений результатам визначення кількісного вмісту біологічно активних речовин. У четвертому розділі наведено визначення показників якості досліджуваної сировини.

Qualification work is devoted to the phytochemical study of sweet oranges peel. The first chapter contains literature data on botanical characteristics, distribution, chemical composition, use in medicine and the national economy of Citrus sinensis. The second chapter presents the results of a study of the qualitative composition of biologically active substances in sweet oranges peel. The third chapter is devoted to the results of determining the quantitative content of biologically active substances. The fourth chapter provides a definition of quality indicators of the studied raw materials.
