Обґрунтування складу та технології екстемпорального лікарського засобу у рідкій лікарській формі для лікування запальних процесів у носоглотці

Abstract

Проведено аналіз фармацевтичного ринку України щодо асортименту препаратів для лікування запальних процесів носоглотки. Розроблено склад і технологію лікарського засобу у формі настою для комплексного лікування захворювань носа та навколоносових пазух. До складу лікарського засобу введено: нагідок і ромашки аптечної квітки, звіробою, деревію, причепи трава, шавлії лікарської листя. Проведено контроль якості екстемпорального засобу. Методики адаптовані до аптечних умов.

An analysis of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine regarding the assortment of drugs for the treatment of inflammatory processes of the nasopharynx was carried out. The composition and technology of a medicine in the form of an infusion for the complex treatment of diseases of the nose and paranasal sinuses have been developed. The composition of the medicinal product includes: marigold and chamomile of the medicinal flower, St. John’s wort, yarrow, trailer grass, sage medicinal leaves. Quality control of the extemporaneous product was carried out. The methods are adapted to pharmacy conditions.
