Розробка складу та технології порошку для внутрішнього застосування

Abstract

Розроблено склад і технологію екстемпорального засобу у формі порошку для орального застосування. Обрано новий комплекс АФІ з комплексними фармакологічними властивостями: хлорфенірамін – антигістамінний засіб, кислоти аскорбінова та бурштинова антиокидатни, цинку сульфат – протимікробний та противірусний. Обраний комплекс активних речовин здатний усунути симптоми застуди, а також має потужну іммуномодуючу властивість для профілактики захворювання. Підібрано також допоміжні інгредієнти та розроблено раціональну технологію приготування складного дозованого порошку в умовах аптеки. Розроблений порошок відповідає вимогам ДФУ.

The composition and technology of an extemporaneous agent in the form of a powder for oral use have been developed. A new API complex with complex pharmacological properties was selected: chlorpheniramine - antihistamine, ascorbic and succinic acids antioxidative, zinc sulfate - antimicrobial and antiviral. The selected complex of active substances is able to eliminate the symptoms of a cold, and also has a powerful immunomodulating property for the prevention of the disease. Auxiliary ingredients were also selected and a rational technology for the preparation of a complex dosed powder in the conditions of a pharmacy was developed. The developed powder meets the requirements of the State Federal Office of Ukraine.
