Технічне переоснащення виробництва супозиторіїв з екстрактом чистотілу

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена удосконаленню виробництва супозиторіїв з екстрактом чистотілу виробництва ПАТ «Монфарм». Проаналізовано дані літератури щодо історії застосування супозиторіїв, розглянуто асортимент супозиторних основ. Дана характеристика сучасного обладнання, яке використовується при промисловому виробництві супозиторіїв. У технологічній частині описані стадії технологічного процесу виробництва, дана характеристика обладнання, устаткування та засобів автоматизації, наведено графічний матеріал. В роботі запропоноване технічне переоснащення стадії дозування та формування супозиторіїв шляхом заміни автоматичної лінії розливу супозиторіїв. Техніко-економічними розрахунками підтверджена доцільність впровадження запропонованих заходів.

The qualification work is dedicated to the improvement of the production of suppositories suppositories with celandine extract produced by PJSC "Monfarm". The literature data on the history of suppositories application are analyzed, the range of suppository bases is considered. The characteristics of modern equipment used in the industrial production of suppositories are given. In the technological part the stages of the technological process of production are described, the characteristics of the facilities, equipment and automation facilities are given, graphic material is given. The paper proposes technical re-equipment of the stage of dosing and forming suppositories by replacing the automatic filling line of suppositories. Technical and economic calculations confirmed the feasibility of the proposed measures.
