Аналіз вимог фармакопей до лікарської форми емульсій

Abstract

У даній кваліфікаційній роботі вивчено сучасний стан і перспективи розвитку екстемпоральної рецептури у міжнародній фармацевтичній практиці та, зокрема, в Україні. Наведено відмінності у вимогах до виготовлення і напрямках діяльності аптек різних країн. Показано доцільність розвитку й оптимізації виробничої діяльності аптек. Проведено ретроспективний аналіз аспектів уніфікації екстемпоральної рецептури, яка у значній мірі залежить від практичного досвіду медичного спеціаліста і потребує постійного аналізу. Наведено узагальнення теоретичних відомостей щодо технології приготування емульсій в умовах аптек, які висуваються різними світовими фармакопеями.

This qualification work presents the current state and prospects for the development of extemporaneous formulation in international pharmaceutical practice and, in particular, in Ukraine, are studied. Differences in production requirements and directions of activity of pharmacies of different countries are given. The expediency of development and optimization of production activities of pharmacies is shown. A retrospective analysis of aspects of the unification of extemporaneous prescription, which largely depends on the practical experience of a medical specialist and requires constant analysis, was carried out. A generalization of theoretical information on the technology of preparing emulsions in the conditions of pharmacies, which are put forward by various world pharmacopoeias, is given.
