Організація діяльності відділу управління якості в рамках СУЯ на ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії»

Abstract

Мета дослідження: кваліфікаційної роботи є розробка низки пропозицій щодо визначення ролі, виділення обґрунтованих завдань і функцій та регламентація діяльності відділу управління якості ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії». Завдання: Розглянути та проаналізувати тенденції впровадження систем управління якістю в світі та Україні; вивчити загальні рекомендації з упровадження системи управління якістю в організаціях; проаналізувати діяльність ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії»; визначити роль, функції відділу управління якістю ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії»; запропоновати низку практичних заходів щодо організації діяльності відділу управління якості ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії». Об’єктом дослідження є система управління якістю ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії». Предметом дослідження є організація діяльності відділу управління якості ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії». Визначено роль, функції відділу управління якістю ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії». Запропоновано низка практичних пропозицій щодо організації діяльності відділу управління якості ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії»: запропоновано процесну модель ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії»;розроблено Положення про відділ управління якістю ТОВ «Аптеки медичної академії»; розроблені посадові інструкції начальника ВУЯ, провідного фахівця з якості ВУЯ та інспектора з якості ВУЯ.

The purpose of the research: the qualification work is to develop a number of proposals for defining the role, allocation of justified tasks and functions, and regulation of the activities of the quality management department of "Pharmacies of the Medical Academy" LLC. Task: To consider and analyze trends in the implementation of quality management systems in the world and in Ukraine; study the general recommendations for the implementation of the quality management system in organizations; to analyze the activities of "Pharmacies of the Medical Academy" LLC. The object of the research is the quality management system of "Pharmacies of the Medical Academy" LLC. The subject of the research is the organization of the quality management department of "Pharmacies of the Medical Academy" LLC. A number of practical suggestions regarding the organization of the quality management department of the Medical Academy Pharmacies LLC were proposed: the process model of the Medical Academy Pharmacies LLC was proposed; the Regulation on the quality management department of the Medical Academy Pharmacies LLC was developed; the job instructions of the head of the VYU, the leading quality specialist of the VYU and the quality inspector of the VYU were developed.
