Assessment of the principles of access to essential medicines in the field of National Drug Policy

Abstract

The qualification work highlights the current problems of drug provision and the main aspects of the national drug policy as a general basis for solving these problems. A national drug policy is a commitment to a goal and a guide to action. It expresses the medium and long-term goals set by the government for the pharmaceutical sector and identifies their priorities, as well as the main strategies for achieving them. It provides a framework for coordinating the activities of the pharmaceutical sector. The work describes the need for choosing essential medicines, their purpose and mechanism.

Кваліфікаційна робота висвітлює актуальні проблеми лікарського забезпечення та основні аспекти національної лікарської політики як загальну основу вирішення цих проблем. Національна лікарська політика – це відданість цілі та керівництво до дії. У ньому виражаються середньострокові та довгострокові цілі, які ставить держава перед фармацевтичним сектором, і визначаються їх пріоритети, а також основні стратегії їх досягнення. Він забезпечує основу для координації діяльності фармацевтичного сектору. У роботі описано необхідність вибору основних лікарських засобів, їх призначення та механізм.
