dc.description.abstract | The total volume of work is 40 pages, the number of tables - 6, figures - 8, sources of literature - 30, applications. Graduation qualification master's work is devoted to the study of the assortment of oral gels and excipients to create a new drug. Dry bilberry extract was chosen as an active ingredient for creation of a new drug for normalization of gastrointestinal tract activity. In the work the author studied physicochemical and pharmacotechnological properties of the active substance, used modern methods of research to determine the optimal composition of the oral gel. | uk_UA |
