Abstract

The qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions and the list of references. The introduction contains the goals, objectives, object, subject and methods of research. The first chapter of the work defines the role of antihistamines and the pharmacological properties of ketotifen. The second chapter presents the physicochemical properties and methods of analysis of ketotifen. In the third chapter, the spectrophotometric method for the quantitative determination of ketotifen fumarate in tablets was developed and the cost of the analysis method was calculated.
