Біотехнологічні аспекти отримання бактеріальної целюлози

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі, присвяченій біотехнологічному виробництву бактеріальної целюлози, узагальнено та систематизовано дані наукової літератури щодо спектру використання бактеріальної целюлози, штамів продуцентів бактеріальної целюлози, ум ов їх культивування. Робота демонструє приклади культивування різних штамів продуцентів, містить огляд останніх досліджень у технології виділення та очищення бактеріальної целюлози. Робота викладена на 61 сторінці, включає 10 таблиці, 10 рисунків, 27 дже рел літератури.

In the qualification work devoted to the biotechnological production of bacterial cellulose, data from the scientific literature on the spectrum of use of bacterial cellulose, bacterial cellulose producing strains, and their cultivation conditions are summarized and systematized. The work demonstrates examples of cultivation of various producer strains, contains an overview of the latest research i n the technology of isolation and purification of bacterial cellulose. The paper is 61 pages long, includes 10 tables, 10 figures, and 27 references.
