Phytochemical study of Brunnera macrophylla leaves

Abstract

For the first time, the identification of BACs and determination of the quantitative content of the main groups of BACs in the leaves of Brunnera macrophylla were carried out. The main numerical indices of raw materials have been established. The results can be used as a basis for the project of "Brunnera macrophylla Folia" quality control methods. It consists of an introduction, literature review, experimental part, general conclusions, list of used literature sources, set out on 47 pages, includes 10 tables, 9 figures, 31 sources of literature.

Вперше проведено ідентифікацію БАР та визначення кількісного вмісту основних груп БАР у листі бруннери великолистої. Встановлені основні числові показники сировини. Результати можуть бути положені у основу проекту методів контролю якості «Brunnera macrophylla Folia”. Складається зі вступу, огляду літератури, експериментальної частини, загальних висновків, переліку використаних літературних джерел, викладена на 47 сторінках, включає 10 таблиць, 9 рисунків, 31 джерела літератури.
