Удосконалення процесу комунікацій в діяльності фармацевтичної компанії

Abstract

Автором сформовано пропозиції щодо документообігу підприємства, які містять вимоги до діяльності організації з урахуванням критичних факторів впливу на процес комунікацій. Розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення процесу внутрішніх та зовнішніх комунікацій фармацевтичного підприємства. Структура і обсяг кваліфікаційної роботи: кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, загальних висновків, переліку посилань 35 найменування, 5 додатків, містить 2 схеми, 3 таблиці. Повний обсяг кваліфікаційної роботи складає 51 сторінку.

The author has formulated proposals regarding the document flow of the enterprise, which contain requirements for the organization’s activities, taking into account critical factors influencing the communication process. Proposals for improving the process of internal and external communications of the pharmaceutical enterprise have been developed. Structure and scope of the qualification work: the qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, general conclusions, a list of references of 35 names, 5 appendices, contains 2 schemes, 3 tables. The full scope of the qualification work is 51 pages.
