Фармакоэпидемиологическое исследование потребления антигипертензивных препаратов в Украине

Abstract

In this study the use of antihypertensive drugs in Ukraine during 2008-2011 years are pre-sented. Comparison of consumption of antihypertensive drugs with statistical data on the incidence of hypertensive population of Ukraine is shown disparity in consumption of drugs and illness, which is a negative factor in the effective prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular compli-cations. Dynamics of consumption of antihypertensive drugs in Ukraine, indicates compliance of antihypertensive therapy current national and European guidelines for the treatment of hypertension and the commitment of physicians from various countries follow the principles of evidence-based medicine. Dynamics of consumption of antihypertensive drugs in Ukraine is not demonstrating how modern antihypertensive therapy by the National and European guidelines for the treatment of hy-pertension and the adherence of physicians from various countries follow the principles of evi-dence-based medicine in the treatment of hypertension. The consumption of antihypertensive drugs in Ukraine is less than in other European countries, so the most important problem for Ukraine is to improve patients' adherence to treatment for hypertension.

В статье приведены результаты изучения потребления антигипертензивных препара-тов в Украине в течение 2008-2011 годов. Сопоставление объемов потребления антигипертензивных препаратов со статистиче-скими данным о заболеваемости населения Украины гипертонической болезнью свидетель-ствует о несоответствии объемов потребления препаратов заболеваемости населения, что яв-ляется негативным фактором в эффективной профилактике сердечно-сосудистых и церебро-васкулярных осложнений. Динамика потребления антигипертензивных препаратов в Украи-не, свидетельствует о соответствии антигипертензивной терапии современным националь-ным и европейским рекомендациям по лечению артериальной гипертензии и о приверженно-сти врачей разных стран руководствоваться принципами доказательной медицины. Объем потребления антигипертензивных препаратов в Украине меньше, чем в других странах мира, поэтому наиболее актуальной проблемой для Украины является повышения приверженности пациентов к лечению АГ.
