Організація виробництва нігедази з насіння Nigella damascena L

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена організації виробництва ліполітичного ферменту нігедази з насіння чорнушки дамаської (Nigella damascena L.) в умовах GMP. У дослідженні визначено критичні точки технологічного процесу виробництва Нігедази, що вимагають особливої уваги з точки зору GMP, а також розроблено біологічну, технологічну, апаратурну схеми, придатні для впровадження у виробничих умовах. Раціональна організація технологічного процесу, що базується на сучасних вимогах до якості, дозволяє створити безпечний, ефективний і стабільний лікарський засіб рослинного походження. Загальний обсяг роботи становить 50 сторінок, містить 10 рисунків, 9 таблиць та 2 креслення формату А1.

The qualification work is devoted to the organization of production of the lipolytic enzyme nigedaza from Nigella damascena L. seeds under GMP conditions. The study identified critical points in the technological process of Nigella damascena production that require special attention from the point of view of GMP, and also developed a biological, technological, and hardware scheme suitable for implementation in production conditions. The rational organization of the technological process, based on modern quality requirements, allows you to create a safe, effective and stable medicinal product of plant origin. The total volume of the work is 50 pages, contains 10 figures, 9 tables and 2 drawings of A1 format.
