Розроблення складу і технології екстемпоральної мазі екстрактом вовчого тіла болотяного

Abstract

Запропоновано склад та технологію м’якого лікарського засобу екстемпоральної мазі-емульсії з активним фармацевтичним інгредієнтом — густим екстрактом вовчого тіла болотяного кореневищ. Отримано густий екстрактом вовчого тіла болотяного в лабораторних умовах. Розроблено блоксхему виробництва мазіемульсії в лабораторних умовах, визначено контрольні пара метри технологічного процесу її виготовлення. Робота викладена на 62 сторінках основного тексту, включає 18 таблиць,8 рисунків, 52 джерела літератури та 1 додаток.

The composition and technology of a soft medicinal product, an extempora- neous ointment–emulsion with the active pharmaceutical ingredient — a thick ex- tract of marsh cinquefoil rhizomes — have been proposed. The thick extract of

marsh cinquefoil was obtained under laboratory conditions. A flowchart for the la- boratory-scale production of the ointment–emulsion was developed, and the critical

parameters of the technological process of its manufacture were determined. The work is presented on 62 pages of the main text and includes 18 tables, 8 figures, 52 literature sources and 1 appendix.
