Розроблення технологічних інструкцій для екстемпоральних м’яких лікарських форм

Abstract

Робота присвячена розробленню технологічних інструкцій виготовлення та контролю якості м’яких лікарських форм в умовах аптеки. Встановлено доцільність розроблення таких технологічних інструкцій. Запропоновано алгоритм розробки технологічних інструкцій. Опрацьовано його на прикладі гелю з диклофенаком натрію. Загальний обсяг роботи – 42 сторінки; кількість таблиць – 3, рисунків – 1, формул – 2, використаних джерел – 30.

The work is devoted to the development of technological instructions for the manufacture and quality control of soft dosage forms in a pharmacy setting. The feasibility of developing such technological instructions has been established. An algorithm for developing technological instructions has been proposed. It has been tested using the example of diclofenac sodium gel. The total volume of the work is 42 pages; the number of tables is 3, figure is 1, formulas is 2, sources used is 30.
