Особенности становления социальной политики в Украине в 1991 - 2013 годах

Abstract

The author have analyzed the peculiarities of the social policy in Ukraine in 1991 and concluded that the need for further reform of the pension system and other social services, such as means-tested, the improvement of social services, and the most important differentiation in specific industries (creating legal and regulatory framework regulating social protection specialists in pharmacy). The task of social protection specialists in pharmacy is the formation of a competent specialist, maintaining the necessary conditions for their material well-being, social and spiritual development throughout his work, and then provide the necessary assistance after reaching the age of retirement or the loss of the opportunity to work earlier.
