Хіміотерапевтичні властивості мазі "Гексафеноксид" на основі фенолвмісних антисептиків

Abstract

Проведене дослідження хіміотерапевтичної активності комплексної антисептичної мазі "Гексафеноксид" на моделях локалізованої гнійної інфекції та опікової хвороби. За результатами експериментів встановлено, що запропонована мазь виявляє задовільні лікувально-профілактичні властивості у відношенні гнійно-запальних, гнійно-некротичних та опікових захворювань шкіри. Мазь "Гексафеноксид" сприяла ефективному скороченню термінів загоєння гнійно-запальних та опікових ран на 4-5 діб. Отримані результати дозволяють прогнозувати перспективність подальших поглиблених досліджень з обгрунтуванням перспективності використання мазі "Гексафеноксид" для лікування гнійно-запальних захворювань та опікових ран.

The research of the chemotherapeutic properties of the complex antiseptic ointment «Hexaphenoxide» has been carried out on the models of the localized purulent infection of skin and burns. According to the results of the experiments it has been proven that the ointment suggested reveals the sufficient treatment-and-preventive properties as to purulent inflammatory, purulent necrotic and burn diseases of the skin. The"Hexaphenoxide" ointment promoted the effective reduction of the healing terms of purulent inflammatory and burn wounds in the period of 4-5 days. The results obtained allow predicting the perspectiveness of the further profound research with the substantiation of using the «Hexaphenoxide» ointment for treating of purulent inflammatory diseases and burn wounds.
