Валідація аргентометричної методики кількісного визначення прокаїну гідрохлориду в аптечних лікарських формах

Abstract

Наведена статистично обгрунтована процедура валідації аргентометричної методики кількісного визначення прокаїну гідрохлориду в аптечній лікарській формі. Валідацію аналітичної методики проводили за схемою, яка зазначена в ДФУ; були розглянуті такі параметри як діапазон застосування, специфічність,лінійність, збіжність, правильність, що дозволило визначити придатність методики для вирішення поставленних завдань в умовах аптеки.

The article presents the statistically motivated procedure of validation of the argentometric quantitative determination method of procaine hydrocloride in the drugstore medicinal form. The validation of the analytical method has been performed by the scheme specified in the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine; the following parameters have been considered: the range of application, specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, convergence of the results. It allowed to determine the ability of the method to solve the tasks in the conditions of drugstores.
