Корекція гіпофункції сім'яників хондроїтинсульфатом

Abstract

Вивчали лікувально-профілактичну дію хондроїтинсульфату в дозі 60 мг/кг при експериментальній гонадопатії, яку викликали введенням щурам-самцям серотоніну гідро-хлориду. Встановлено, що застосування хондроїтинсульфату сприяло покращенню функціонального стану сперматозоїдів, відновленню морфоструктури гонад, нормалізації сперматогенезу та підвищенню рівня андрогенізації передміхурової залози тварин. За показниками гонадопротекторної активності хондроїтинсульфат не поступався лікувальній дії препарату порівняння трибестану

The therapeutic and prophylactic of chondroitine sulfate in a dose of 60 mg/kg in experimental gonadoppathia that was caused by the introduction of serotonine hydrochloride in mail rats have been studied. It has been established that the application of chondroitine sulfate has lead to sncreasing og the functional activity of spermatozoones, to the improvement of the morphological structure of gonads, to the restoration of spermatogenesis and to the increasing of the androgenisation level og prostate gland in animals. The gonad protective effect of chondroitine sulfate is proved to be not inferion to the therapeutic effect og the cjmparison drug Tribestan.
