Вибір оптимальної технології та вивчення фізико-хімічних властивостей гелів з "Rapithix А-60"

Abstract

Проведено комплексне дослідження властивостей гелеутворювача акрилової природи Rapithix А-60. Встановлено, що гелі з досліджуваним гелеутворювачем є структурованими системами з неньютонівським типом течії та незначними тиксотропними властивостями. Доведено, що стабільні гелі отримуються при концентрації Rapithix А-60 у межах від 1 до 2%. Показано, що технологія впливає на значення структурної в'язкості та фізичну стабільність гелів. Результати досліджень будуть використовуватися при розробці косметичних засобів м'якої форми випуску.

The complex research of properties of gel agents with the acryl nature Rapithix А-60 has been conducted. Gels with the gel agents investigated have been found to be the structurized systems with the non-Newton type of flow and with some insignificant thixotropic properties. It has been proven that stable gels are obtained with the concentration of Rapithix А-60 in the range of 1-2%. The technology has been shown to influence upon the structural viscosity value and the physical stability of gels. The research results will be applied when developing cosmetic agents of the soft dosage form.
