Abstract

На основании проведенных органолептических (внешний вид, цвет, запах) и физико-химических (коллоидная и термостабильность; рН) исследований установлено, что препарат не является чувствительным к воздействию внешних факторов в процессе хранения. Полученные данные микробиологических исследований свидетельствуют, что в лекарственной форме не выявлено бактерии семейства Enterobacteriaceae, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Реограмма течения разработанной лекарственной формы свидетельствует о наличии тиксотропных свойств и характеризует ее способность к восстановлению структуры после разрушения, удовлетворительную намазываемость и фасовку в тубы.

On the basis of organoleptic (form, colour, smell) and physicochemical (colloid and termostability; pH) research it has been established that the medicine is not susceptible to external factors affect in the process of storage.
