Формування лідерських якостей студентів на основі іноваційних методів навчання

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему формування лідерських якостей студентів засобами інноваційних методів навчання. Визначено підходи до проблеми лідерства у вітчизняній та світовій психології. Узагальнено поняття лідерства. Про- аналізовано лідерські якості студентів. Визначено можливості інноваційних методів навчання у формуванні лідерсь- ких якостей. Схарактеризовано інтерактивні методи навчання: метод проекту, метод ділової гри, метод малих груп, тренінгова діяльність.
