| Abstract: | Розроблені методи ідентифікації дилтіазему за допомогою хімічних реакцій (осадових, мікро-кристалоскопічних, кольорових реакцій), тонкошарової
хроматографії та УФ-спектрофотометрії
в різних розчинниках. Показана можливість застосування методу тонкошарової хроматографії
для розділення дилтіазему та інших препаратів
серцево-судинної дії. The methods for Diltiazem identification by precipitation, mi-crocristalisation reactions and reaction of coloration have been elaborated. The conditions of Diltiazem identification by thin layer chromatography and the possibility of this method application for division of Diltiazem and other cardiovascular drugs have been found. We have conducted the spectrophotometric investigation of Diltiazem in UV — the range of spectrum in different solvents. |
