| Abstract: | Chemiluminescence activity of captopril in reaction with 9-cyano-10-methylacridinium nitrate in strong alkaline solution in the presence of oxygen has been studied. Methods of quantitative determination of captopril in Captopril 0,025 g, Captopres 0,05 g and Capothiazide 0,05 g tablets by the chemiluminescence method using a reaction with 9-cyano-10-methylacridinium nitrate have been developed. When 10 µg/ml determination of captopril sr £ 3,25%. The lower limits of the tested concentrations of captopril – 0,5 – 1,0 µg/ml. |
