Розробка складу та технології капсул з ліпофільним комплексом коренів валеріани

Abstract

Проведене дослідження з розробки складу та технології капсул з ліпофільним комплексом коренів валеріани під умовною назвою "Валеспок". Вивчений вплив різних допоміжних речовин на фармако-технологічні властивості порошкової маси для наповнення капсул за параметрами воло-гопоглинання, текучості та насипної густини. Встановлені оптимальні співвідношення діючої речовини до наповнювачів та ковзних речовин. Аналіз технологічних параметрів капсул, виготовлених на основі розробленої композиції, показав, що вони відповідають вимогам Державної фармакопеї України. У результаті проведених досліджень складена технологічна схема одержання препарату "Валеспок".

We have been carried out technology and composition development of capsules with Valerian root lipophilic complex under the conditional name "Valespok". It has been studied the influence of various auxiliary substances on pharmacotechnological properties of powder mass for capsule filling on moisture absorption, fluidity and bulk density parameters. We have established optimal mass interrelation of the active substance to excipients and sliding substances. The technological parameter analysis of capsules prepared on the basis of the developed composition, has shown their correspondence to the rules of the Ukrainian State Pharmacopoeia. As the result of investigations the technological scheme for producing the "Valespok" preparation has been created.
