Abstract: Notwithstanding the abundance of modern medicines, the goal to develop an “ideal drug” for mental disorders treatment has not been reached yet and is still of great current interest. Aim. The mail purpose of present study was implementation of the in vivo screening profiling of psycho- and neurotropic properties of novel 3-(N-R,R′-aminomethyl)-2-methyl-1H-quinolin-4-ones.
