| Abstract: | Изучены возможности изолирования дифенина из биологического материала на модельных смесях с печенью методами, общепринятыми в судебно-токсикологическом анализе, а также путем экстракции хлороформом и ацетоном из высушенного биологического материала, и показано, что они позволяют выделить 50-70% препарата. The possibilities of phenytoin isolation from biological material using model mixtures with liver by the methods generally accepted in forensic and toxicological analysis, and also by extraction with chloroform and acetone from the exsiccated biological material have been studied and it is showed that they allow to isolate 50-70% of medicine. |
