Distinctions of motivation for self-study of students and specialists with higher education

Abstract

The article presents the results of the survey, comparative characteristics and analysis of methods of motivation for independent training of a group of students and a group of specialists with higher education. The results of the polls of the teachers of the National University of Pharmacy, Institute of qualification improvement for pharmacists and V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University have shown that the motivational aspects of self-study of students, mastersheep (postgraduate) students, interns and specialists have some professional characteristics. The importance of self-education at all stages of the life path of a modern specialist with a higher education is grounded. Learning throughout life is the key to success in enlightenment. В статье представлены результаты опроса, сравнительная характеристика и анализ методов мотивирования на самостоятельное обучение группы студентов и группы специалистов с высшим образованием. Результаты опросов преподавателей Национального фармацевтического университета, Института повышения квалификации специалистов фармации и Харьковского национального университета имени В. Н. Каразина показали, что мотивационные аспекты самообучения студентов, магистрантов, интернов и специалистов имеют некоторые профессиональные особенности. Обоснована важность самообучения на всех этапах жизненного пути современного специалиста с высшим образованием. Обучение на протяжении жизни – ключ к успеху и просветлению.
