Abstract: The study is to conduct the receptor-based virtual screening of the sample of 154 compounds among derivatives of 2-imino-1,3-thiazoline (77compunds), and2,5-disubstituted derivatives of 1,3,4-thiadiazole(77compunds) to the active site of gamma-butyrobetaine hydroxylase for the directed search of inhibitors of this enzyme as potential cardio protectors
