| Abstract: | Проаналізовані літературні дані щодо причин виникнення та методів лікування ожиріння. З 5 видів салепу отримані фракції полісахаридів та вивчений їх мономерний склад. Для клубенів салепу видів, що досліджувались, встановлений елементний склад. The literary data about the causes of obesity and the methods of its treatment have been gathered and analyzed. The polysaccharides' fractions from 5 species of Orchis have been obtained and their monomer composition has been studied. The composition of elements has been determined for all species of the raw material studied. |
