Abstract

Запропоновані методи стандартизації трави культивованого Astragalus falcatus Lam.: ідентифікація методом ТШХ по робініну — основному компоненту суми флавоноїдів; кількісне визначення вмісту суми флавоноїдів методом диференціальної спектрофотометрії. Більш доцільним вважається використання не листя з квітками, а трави без товстих стебел.

The methods of standardizations for the aerial parts of the cultivated Astragalus falcatus Lam. have been offered. They are identification by the TLC in robinine, the main component of the total amount of flavonoids, and the quantitative determination of the flavonoids amount content by the differential spectrophotometry. The aerial parts of Astragalus falcatus L. without thick stems are more preferable to use than flowers with leaves.
