Вплив модифікованих ізофлавоноїдів і хромонів на поведінкові реакції у щурів

Abstract

роведені скринінгові дослідження з вивчення впливу 40 модифікованих ізофлавоноїдів і хромонів на поведінкові реакції у щурів. Отримані дані свідчать, що сполука 17 потенціює дію судомних отрут, внаслідок чого збільшується тяжкість клоніко-тонічних судом, а також викликає проявлення чіткої фази тонічної екстензії. Встановлено, що протисудомна активність сполуки 38 була більш вираженою, але поступається дії фенобарбіталу і дифеніну. Серед похідних ізофлавоноїдів і хромонів, що вивчалися, виявлені сполуки, які мають седативні та аналептичні властивості, що визначає перспективність їх подальшого вивчення.

The screening research of the influence of 40 modified isoflavonoids and chromons on rats' behavioral response has been carried out. The data obtained testify that compound 17th potentiates the action of spasmodic poisons. As a result of it the severity of clonical-tonic convulsions has been increased and it causes the manifestation of the distinct phase of tonic extension. The anticonvulsant activity of compound 38 has been proven to be more marked, but it is not inferior to that of phenobarbital and diphenine. Among the derivatives of isoflavonoids and chromons the compounds that possess sedative and analeptic properties have been revealed and their further research is promissing.
