Фармакогностичне дослідження листя Сrataegus maximowiczii Schneid

Abstract

Проведено фітохімічне дослідження листя Crataegus maximowiczii. Вперше встановлено наявність 24 фенольних сполук. Вперше виділено та ідентифіковано 6 флавоноїдів: рутин, гіперозид, апігенін, кверцетин, вітексин, кемпферол та 2 гідроксикоричні кислоти: неохлорогенова та ферулова кислоти. Вперше проведено анатомічне дослідження листя C. maximowiczii. Встановлені основні анатомічні діагностичні ознаки сировини: епідерма з простими волосками; наявність по краю кінчиків 3-5 водяних продихів, що складають гідатоду; наявність у тканинах рослини клітин з кристалами оксалату кальцію та клітин з червоно-коричневим вмістом (флобафени).

The phytochemical investigation of the Crataegus maximowiczii leaves has been carried out. For the first time the presence of 24 phenolic compounds has been found. For the first time 6 flavonoids: rutin, hyperoside, apigenin, quercetin, vitexin, campferol and 2 hydroxycinnamomic acids - neochlorogenic and pherulic acids have been isolated and identified. For the first time the anatomic study of the C. maximowiczii leaves has been carried out. The basic anatomic diagnostic characteristics of the raw material have been found: epiderma with simple hairs; the presence of 3-5 aqueous stomata on the brim of the tips, which form hidathode; the presence of cells with the oxalate calcium crystals and cells with the red-brown content (flobaphens) in tissues of the plant.
