Дослідження з розробки технології нового лікарського препарату "Бронхофіт"

Abstract

Проведено технологічні дослідження екстракції комплексу лікарських рослин методами мацерації, перколяції та прискореної дробової мацерації і одержано настойку складну "Бронхофіт". Як екстрагент використовували спирт етиловий 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% та 70%. На основі проведеного аналізу за вмістом екстрактивних речовин і сумою флавоноїдів та полісахаридів вибрано оптимальний екстрагент і раціональний метод екстрагування. Встановлено, що оптимальним за повнотою вилучення активно діючих речовин є метод перколяції; оптимальним екстрагентом — спирт етиловий 40%. Розроблено технологію настойки складної "Бронхофіт" для лікування бронхолегеневих захворювань і блок-схему її виробництва у промислових умовах.

The technological research of the extraction of the medicinal plants complex by maceration, percolation and forced fine maceration methods has been performed and as a result "Bronchophyt" complex tincture has been obtained. Ethyl alcohol of 30%, 40%, 50%, 60% and 70% has been used as an extractant. On the basis of the analysis conducted by the content of extracting substances, sum of flavonoids and polysaccharides the optimal extractant and the efficient method of extraction have been choosen. It has been determined that percolation is the optimal method of the tincture production by the complete extraction of the active substances, and 40% ethyl alcohol is the optimal extractant. The formulation of the "Bronchophyt" complex tincture for treating bronchial and pulmonary diseases and the flow chart of its industrial production have been developed.
