Abstract: The method of chemical condensation, in which ferrites are obtained from aqueous solutions of metal cation salts in an alkaline medium, has a number of advantages. When mixing and settling the components in the liquid phase, a high dispersion and close contact is achieved, and a uniform distribution of the constituent components of the ferrite particles is ensured. As a consequence, the synthesis products are characterized by the reproducibility of the chemical composition and properties. The method allows one to obtain particles of the nanoscale range, which corresponds to their superparamagnetic state.
