| Abstract: | To reduce the financial burden on patients with cardiovascular disease in 2017, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine developed the Government program reimbursment "Affordable Medicines". In the study, we examined the factors that influence patients' decision to participate in the program. Based on the results obtained, ways to increase the effectiveness of the program and methods to increase patient participation in the program were proposed. |
